Ordering Terms
- By submitting an order at this site, the customer accepts all the terms and conditions mentioned herin and at other relevant places of this site.
- The purchaser will be personally liable to Global Mart for all debt obligations incurred as pursuant.
- Title of the Merchandise under the invoice will remain property of Global Mart until payment in full is made and verified.
- Interest on past due accounts will be charged at a rate of 2% per month (24% per annum).
- Late charges will begin 10 days after date of invoice for the balance outstanding.
- All claims for errors, deductions, etc, must be made within 7 days after receipt of goods.

Warranty Conditions
- All items sold by Global Mart have a one year warranty unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.
- Some products have longer manufacturer warranty as such warranty issues after the first year must be dealt with the manufacturer.
- Extended warranties purchased will be covered on the extended warranty purchase form.
- Warranty are only valid for products that have not been misused, abused or modified.
- Warranty will not be valid for products that have been used with pirated software.
- Warranty only covers the items sold on the invoice and should any other items need to be repaired with the product additional charges will be applied.
- Warranty will not cover software issues should the software be purchased from another vendor and as a result corrupted the system and software purchased.
- Warranty will not cover new files created by the user and third party software not purchased from Global Mart.
- It is up to the purchaser to bring all products into the Global Mart location for warranty and additional charges will apply for any pickups at the customer site.
- Global Mart will not assume any responsibility for any damages incurred during the shipment of the product to its location it is up to the customer to purchase insurance.

Return and Refund Policies
- Global Mart will accept returns on products up to 7 calendar days after receipt of product as long as the product is in its original packaging and in sellable condition, but restocking fees will apply.
- All claims for errors, deductions, etc, must be made within 7 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- All deposits made for items for any order are non-refundable at the discretion of the manager.
- The purchaser is liable to a 20% restocking fee on any non-defective item that is returned for credit or exchange if credit or exchange is granted. Used items will not be accepted.
- All computers are sold "as is". Global Mart shall not be held responsible for any damage cause by the merchandises sold except for the replacement of the computer or item if proven to be the cause and is limited to the value on the invoice.
